The Gili rechargeable base is a compact size that’s perfect for table scapes, coffee tables, bookshelves… wherever you need it! We design it to afford you the ultimate freedom when it comes to lighting. Crafted from iron and finished in antique brass, the unique hexagonal shape makes this piece as beautiful as it is functional. We’ve named it Gili, which means ‘light’ or ‘flame’ in Dharawal language. Imagine it as the eternal flame you can place anywhere you need some more glow.
The Gili comes with a bulb, charger and three stage dimmer function for any space or occasion. Once fully charged, it will light up the dark for 12 to 15 hours, without the need for any tricky wires. Pair it with your favourite Soffle lampshade, or mix and match with your own!
The Gili rechargeable base measures 19cm high (exclusive of lamp shade) and 9cm wide at the base. We recommend pairing the Gili with our Small size size Soffle shades for maximum impact.

Charge fully at least every 3 months if it is not used, otherwise the battery life will be reduced.
All our metal lamps are protected with a coat of clear lacquer so there is no need to polish with any abrasive materials or cleaners. We just advise that you dust your fittings regularly. To dust, simply use a dry microfiber cloth to remove any build up or dirt.
Outdoor use caution: If you ever decide to use the lamp base outdoors, It's crucial to keep your lamp base dry and away from water at all times.
