Returns

If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To lodge a return

Please email info@sofflelights.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the items in their original packaging

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll provide return instructions.

To be eligible

- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Protective plastic wrap must remain on the lampshade.

Returns cannot be accepted if the protective wrap has been removed.

Once received, refunds are processed promptly with email confirmation.
